For all those Apple iPhone fans here’s some good news, they can get their hands on teh latest smartphones launched by teh company recently. Ecommerce major Flipkart said pre-booking of Apple iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will be opened from September 29.
In India, both these smartphones will be available for sale from October 7. iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will come in silver, gold, rose gold and jet black. The starting price for the iPhone 7 is Rs 60,000.
First up, the phone is only available for pre-order in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. Flipkart is offering up to Rs 24,500 off on exchange. On exchange for an iPhone 6s, the discount was Rs 21,700, while 6s Plus gets Rs 24,500 off. Samsung S7, S7 edge are not listed in the exchange offer list. An Apple iPhone 6 will gets users Rs 17,900 off on the new iPhone.
Flipkart is also offer flat Rs 10,000 cashback on Citi Credit Cards which will be credited by January 8, 2017. However, this offer is only valid from September 30, 2016 (00:01 Hours) to October 1, 2016 (23:59 Hours). Also iPhone 7 Plus Jet Black is already sold out on the website.
The full price list looks like this: iPhone 7 with 32GB storage at Rs 60,000, iPhone 7 with 128GB storage at Rs 70,000, iPhone 7 with 256GB storage at Rs 80,000. iPhone 7 Plus with 32GB storage starts at Rs 72,000, iPhone 7 Plus with 128GB storage at Rs 82,000, iPhone 7 Plus with 256GB storage at Rs 92,000. Apple has done away with 16 and 64GB storage base options.

iPhone 7 Plus weighs in at 188 grams, 5.5-inch (diagonal) LED‑backlit widescreen, Embedded M10 motion coprocessor, 12-megapixel wide-angle and telephoto cameras, Wide-angle: ƒ/1.8 aperture, Telephoto: ƒ/2.8 aperture, Fingerprint sensor built into the new Home button, Multi-Touch display with IPS technology, A10 Fusion chip with 64-bit architecture, rechargeable lithium‑ion battery with up to 1 hour longer battery life than iPhone 6s Plus (Up to 21 hours on 3G).
These are the latest iPhone models but unlike their previous avatars, they have not really set sales on fire as they have few new specifications and features. Also, Apple does not have cheaper versions of their models and this will prevent a lot of people in China and India from plumping for it
